What we do 

The Whitehill & Bordon Community Trust or WBCT is a registered charity set up in 2017 to develop alongside the regeneration of Whitehill & Bordon.

​

WBCT works in partnership with residents, community organisations and local authorities to create bespoke community events, projects and facilities for the benefit of the whole community.

‘The Community Trust will work with the community to deliver exciting and inspirational activities, venues and events for young people in the town.

We recognise that  young people are the group through which the town becomes a welcoming and friendly place for all.’

A vision for the
Whitehill & Bordon Community Trust

...focusing on all young people between the ages of 0 to 30 and challenging ourselves to meet the following criteria…

  • To demonstrate quality and aspire to be excellent

  • To encourage inclusiveness through social engagement and participation across the community

  • To boost the cultural and artistic life of the town

  • To promote healthy living and sport

  • To foster entrepreneurship and skills development

Main events WBCT do

WBCT pledges to deliver upto 4 main events per year.
  • Spring into Health annually May

  • Green Fayre June

  • Community Day July

  • Christmas Fayre and Santa Grotto December

Day to day runnings of the Trust

WBCT currently manages 4 venues.
  •   Café Hogmoor, a community café in Hogmoor Inclosure.

  • ·         Beehive, a community space used for private and group hire

  • ·         Building 94. A dedicated Youth Venue, home to local scout groups, youth clubs and youth groups.

  • Community Polytunnel

WBCT also, amongst other things runs,

  • Monthly Craft Fayres

  • Holiday Activities for families

  • Apprenticeships

  • Work experience for students from local schools
