About the event
Starting on Thursday 15th September for 6 weeks (last date 20th October), come along and learn how you can use baby reflexology at home. Reflexology is a gentle therapy that can be used from birth, we will be looking at a simple routine to use anywhere, routines for digestion and reflux, teething, immune boost and sleep. I'm also a big on self care for you the parent so we will look at self care tips and meditations each week for you.
This course is being part funded by the Whitehill and Bordon Healthy Towns projects which is allowing me to offer 6 half price places for those parents who live in Whitehill and Bordon (or surrounding areas) and are on a low income or recieving universal cerdit, the course will be £40 for the 6 weeks in person sessions plus all of the handouts and a story book.
